At Black Jackal Co., our apparel is produced on demand. Each item is made specifically for your order rather than pulled from pre-existing inventory.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes ordered
- Changes of mind
- Personal preferences regarding fit, color, or style
- Accidental orders after production has begun
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want every Black Jackal Co. customer to receive the product they ordered in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at blackjackalcoinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item.
We will review your request and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at blackjackalcoinfo@gmail.com.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
